Is the DoubleTalk workshop series for moms with twins of any age?
DoubleTalk offers two unique series. One for moms and their babies newborn through six months and another for moms and their babies six months through one year.

My twins club would like to host a workshop series. Can that be arranged?
Yes, DoubleTalk can come to you. If you have a group of moms who are interested in a weekend series, that can be arranged. Please contact us for more information

What is your Cancellation/Refund policy?
If you cancel your enrollment 21 days or more prior to the beginning of the series, you will be refunded your registration fee minus a $50 processing fee. Should you cancel less than 21 days in advance, 50% of your registration will be retained. Cancellations fewer than two weeks in advance will forfeit their registration fee.

Do I bring my babies to the workshops?
Absolutely! Babies are why we're together. It is a very dynamic experience to come to the DoubleTalk workshops where everyone else in the room is handling all the aspects of caring for two babies, just like you. It's validating to know that you can get up and out of the house with two little ones and be somewhere, at a certain time, consistently!

What if I don't want to bring my babies to the workshops?
Occasionally a mom will prefer to keep her babies at home with a caregiver. You are welcome to do so, but you are strongly encouraged to bring your twins with you. If one of the babies is ill, you are encouraged to attend with the other twin, should you be able to make childcare arrangements.

Can my mother, nanny, au pair come with me to the workshops?
Part of our goal is to help you develop the confidence and ability to get up and out with your babies. It is our preference that you come without a helper.

Can I bring my older children to the workshops?
Unfortunately, the workshops are not set up to accommodate older siblings. However, some of our programs are located near independent drop in childcare centers. Please ask if you'd like more information.

What if I miss a workshop?
All materials and homework assignments will be delivered to you the following week.

My babies usually eat during the time the workshops are held. Can I feed them there?
Definitely! Once again, this is a very natural setting, where babies are being fed, diapers changed and cries soothed. We make the setting as comfortable as possible so you can take care of your babies.

I am still pregnant. Can I pre-register for the program to ensure my space?
Yes you can. Workshops fill quickly, so if you would like to pre-register you may do so. Please see our calendar for series dates.

Do you offer workshops for couples?
We are currently developing a three-session, weekend series for couples. Please call us for more information.

Are your workshops offered outside of the East Bay?
At present, all workshops are conducted in the East Bay. However, we are working on expansion plans and are currently exploring other Bay Area communities in which to introduce DoubleTalk.

When is payment for workshops/Babies2Sleep due?
Payment in full for DoubleTalk workshops is due at registration. Payment for Babies2Sleep is due at the conclusion of the consultation. Payment for the DoubleTalk Workshop and Babies2Sleep may be paid through Paypal for a small service fee.
